Chris McGrath: PhD candidate, University of Toronto
Chris is one of the most inspiring people I've ever met. He started training with me at a whopping 435 lbs, and has lost over 200 lbs so far. More importantly, he is now an athlete. He is an avid runner, weightlifter, kickboxer, and most recently a certified Spin Instructor! He has overcome monumental hurdles in his journey, and has become a role model to both beginners and athletes alike.
